After-school Academies
Alkimos College
Alkimos College is committed to providing a range of after-school activities that interested students can choose to engage in.
After-school academies operate on the college grounds Monday – Friday from 3.00pm to 4.00 pm. In 2022 from Week 2. Student will be sent home a form for parents to sign in regards to which academy, if any, they would like to participate in. Please note that there are limited numbers for each academy. The cost for each academy ranges from $0 – $10 per term.
Academies will operate dependent on staff availability and skill set, but also take into the consideration the interests of our student population.
It is envisaged that the following types of academies will be offered over the course of 2022:
- Homework/Study
- Fitness
- Muay Thai martial arts
- E-sports/gaming
- Range of sports
- Chess
- Arts
- Music
- Creative Writing
