Guided by the Alkimos approach, our Learning Support team works closely with students, families and external specialists to provide tailored support that meets individual learning needs. We offer a range of strategies including individualised education plans, targeted interventions and access to specialist resources.
Our team, including school leaders, teachers, education assistants, youth workers, school psychologists and other dedicated support staff, works collaboratively to assist students who require additional support. We create inclusive, flexible learning environments that foster resilience, encourage goal setting and empower students to succeed. By adapting learning to meet diverse needs, we ensure every student can fully engage in their education while building positive peer relationships in a safe and supportive setting.
